At LO Birth Co, my mission is to walk alongside families with faith, care, and compassion through every stage of pregnancy, birth, and beyond. I believe that birth is sacred — a moment beautifully designed by God — and that every mother deserves to feel supported, seen, and empowered as she brings new life into the world.
As a Christian doula, I provide emotional, physical, and spiritual support, helping mothers trust their bodies, their instincts, and the Creator who ordained life itself. Whether it’s offering encouragement through labor, guidance in postpartum, or prayer through the journey, my goal is to create a peaceful and empowering experience that honors both mother and baby.

A doula is a trained birth professional who provides emotional, physical, and informational support to mothers and their families before, during, and after birth. Unlike a medical provider, a doula doesn’t perform clinical tasks — instead, she focuses on helping you feel informed, comforted, and confident throughout your experience.
As a Christian doula, my role also includes offering prayer, encouragement, and faith-based support, creating a calm and peaceful environment where you can focus on the sacred work of bringing your baby into the world.

Yes! I offer doula support for all types of birth settings — whether you’re delivering at a hospital, birth center, or in your own home. My role remains the same: to provide calm, continuous support and prayerful encouragement wherever you choose to give birth. I’ll work alongside your care team to help create a peaceful, positive environment for you and your baby.

Absolutely. A doula doesn’t replace your partner — we work together as a team. My goal is to support both of you so your partner feels confident and included throughout the birth. I offer gentle guidance, reassurance, and practical suggestions so your partner can be as involved and comfortable as possible.

I’m based in North Idaho, where my family and I have lived for the past six years. I proudly serve families in Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, Hayden, Rathdrum and the greater Spokane areas.
